A Worthy Cause was created by a group of first responders who wanted to honor the work we do without all the "thank me for my service" attitude of some of the clothing out there. We love the job and the role we play. We want positive, motivating apparel we can wear in public without being obvious or aggressive. No Predator logos or Spartan helmets - they have a place but we wanted to create something different.
Our name is inspired by the famous " The Man in the Arena" speech from President Theodore Roosevelt. We think it is the perfect example of the kind of person who wears our gear. Whether you're fire, EMS, police, search and rescue, or military, you are most certainly in the arena.
